The West Palm Beach Police Department will not permit an officer to work in the capacity of “bouncer” at a bar or other establishment where liquor is served. Effective August 1, 2024, the West Palm Beach Police Department will require a minimum of two officers to work at any establishment or event that sells, provides, or allows the consumption of alcohol during operating hours.
