Employees shall not work in off-duty employment where a conflict of interest exists. Any actual or potential conflict of interest shall be brought to the attention of the Sheriff. Conflict of interests shall include:

1. Employees shall not work under the color of their authority, unless the employment has been or arranged through the Sheriff.

2. Working for and under the direction of a private security firm.

3. Working as an investigator for an attorney.

4. Employees shall not work in an establishment where the primary function and profits of the business is derived from selling and serving alcoholic beverages.

5. Working for or has a Bondsman license.
