Prohibited Off-Duty Employment*: Prohibited employment/Denial of employment: Employees SHALL NOT engage in off-duty employment with an employer or business where the employee’s duties would involve:

 

·        The sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises or off premises.

·        Any work for Bail bond agencies.

·        Investigative work for insurance companies.

·        Investigative work for attorneys.

·        Investigative or other employment with collection agencies

·        Private guard or investigation businesses, unless being employed off-duty in police related employment in conformance with this policy.
