Rates:



  • 3 Hours minimum per request.
  • 72 Hours prior to shift start is required for requests.
  • Officers are to be paid for their full shift if released early.  


*The Holiday rate will apply to the following days: 0000-2359 hrs. on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Election Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the holiday rate will be applied to shifts on the Friday before. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, the holiday rate apply to shifts on the following Monday.

**The Emergency Rate will apply when the request is less than 72 hours from the shift start time.


Billing & Payment Terms:

Vendors acknowledge that Off Duty Management (ODM) will charge the officer's hourly pay rates listed above per assignment, and any applicable administrative fees as specified in the applicable Statement of Work. ODM reserves the right to require vendors to either prepay or pay by credit card for the services requested, including any applicable administrative fees. The vendor shall pay ODM’s invoice(s) within thirty (30) days after the date that the vendor receives such invoice(s). A late payment charge of 1.5% per month may be imposed by ODM on all past due, undisputed balances. Where state law mandates a lower late payment charge, the late payment charge shall be lowered to the highest rate that is legally permitted. If payment of such unpaid, past due, and undisputed amounts is not promptly received in accordance with the terms hereof, then ODM will have the option to terminate services at one or more of vendor’s facilities following ODM’s provision of at least two (2) days’ notice to the vendor.

  • All Credit Card Payments: For vendors paying by credit or debit card there will be an additional 3.0% fee for that payment method.

These additional fees cover credit card and processing fees.


Cancellation:

Once an assignment has been approved and scheduled; vendors canceling or reducing assignments are required to pay the full ODM administrative fees for the first 24 hours of the original assignment.

·        If the shift is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the officer will receive a 2-hour minimum.

·        If the shift is canceled once the officer arrives on site, the officer will receive a 4-hour minimum.

·        For any shift worked, the entire shift requested will be paid and billed.

·        Jobs that are less then 4 hours, officers are paid accordingly:

o  3 Hour Job = 3 Hours of Pay

o  2 Hour Job = 2 Hours of Pay

(Admin fees depend on the coverage and can range from $6.40 - $16.00 per hour)
