
PROHIBITED WORK
No employee of this Agency is permitted to engage in off-duty employment:
a. For an employer or establishment which sells, serves, or provides alcohol to its customers or guests;
b. Where it appears from the employee’s sick leave record, or other evidence, that secondary employment may impair his/her health or his/her ability to discharge his/her Agency responsibility;
c. Where the secondary employment would involve any game of chance;
d. Where the secondary employment involves the use of Agency records;
e. Where the secondary employment involves the collection of debts or repossession of property;
f. Where the secondary employment involves the employee working for or in conjunction with a private investigator or attorney;
g. Where the secondary employment involves the Officer working as a personal security agent or bodyguard; or
h. Where there is a possibility that a labor controversy of any kind might arise. In the event such a situation should arise where the Agency employee is engaged
